Dr. Matt Davidson earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY. After working in the business arena for 6 years and beginning an endurance sport career, Dr. Davidson realized his true passion was in helping other athletes reach their full potential. He then began his studies at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. While at Logan, Dr. Matt led the Logan Men’s Basketball team, became certified to perform Graston Technique© and was part of a research group studying Dynamic vs. Static Treatment of Lower Extremity Complaints with Graston ® Technique. He trains for and races, triathlons, and running events, basketball, and golf. He has competed in over 165 endurance events ranging from 5K’s to marathons, multi-stage cycling races, sprint triathlons, and completed 10 Ironman Triathlons with an Ironman personal record of 9:38. He is a member of the Big Shark triathlon team and coaches two youth basketball teams. Dr. Matt was named 2010-2011 Coach of the Year for the Jewish Community Center Basketball program. Dr. Matt believes combining chiropractic care with exercise, muscle balance, and sound nutrition. He believes hydration is essential to optimal performance both in and out of sports. His pleasant and caring personality makes each patient feel comfortable and his expertise gets them back on the road to a pain free lifestyle.
Dr. Delia Overschmidt received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan College of Chiropractic. She believes in addressing the cause of your symptoms and offers care to bring you to your optimal mental and physical health. Dr. Delia’s whole body systemic approach allows her to design a treatment program specific for your health care goals through chiropractic care and nutritional support. Dr. Delia partners with Standard Process Labs and Metagenics, specializing in nutrition counseling and weight loss.
Dr. Delia received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation from the University of New Hampshire. She has competed in collegiate softball, downhill skiing, triathlons, and enjoys balancing the mind-body-spirit with her yoga practice. She is dedicated to living a well-balanced, active, and healthy lifestyle. She resides in West County with her husband, John Overschmidt of Washington, MO, with their black lab, Gunnar.
Dr. Delia is a member of the Missouri State Chiropractic Association.
